Can I visit the the Nut tree Inn for just a drink?
You are very welcome to come in for drinks at the bar and garden. We are open Monday to Saturday from from 12 noon until 11pm, and 11:30am – 6pm on a Sunday
Is the venue accessible for wheelchairs?
There is a small step from the bar to the restaurant, however there is direct access to our dining room. Unfortunately, we do not have accessible restroom facilities.
Also, the ceilings in the bar are quite low, so please mind your head!
Are children welcome?
We welcome children and, upon request we can provide a children’s menu. We have no baby changing facilities and we do not have highchairs, but you are more than welcome to bring your own. Please always remember to book a table large enough so there’s space for all of you and let us know if you a bringing a pram so we can make sure there is ample room.
Are dogs allowed at the Nut Tree?
Yes, we allow dogs but only in our bar and garden area.
Service and assistance dogs are welcome in the dining areas with advanced warning.
As much as we love dogs, not all guests appreciate their company, so we do not allow dogs at any of the ‘bookable’ tables indoors.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including American Express and good old-fashioned cash!
Do you offer private dining?
We have a private dining room behind the bar which can be booked for smaller parties of up to 18 guests and our main dining room can hold up to 40 guests.
Please contact us for pricing and more information. Exclusive use of the pub is
also possible.
Can you provide a Celebration Cake?
We make chocolate celebration cakes which can be made in 2 sizes either a 5 inch or an 8 inch and they must be ordered at least one week in advance and paid for at the time of ordering. Please contact us for prices.
Does the Nut Tree have Wi-Fi?
We do not offer in-house Wi-Fi.
Can I bring my own wine?
We are happy for you to bring your own wine, and a corkage charge will be added to your bill.
